Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of bidgames.lol (the "Service"). By using the Service or placing a bid you agree to them.
1. What the Service is
bidgames.lol is a public, pay-to-rank leaderboard for mobile games. Anyone can place a monetary bid on a game listed on the App Store or Google Play. Paid bids are added to that game's running total, and games are ranked purely by total bids — higher total, higher rank, with ties going to the earlier bidder. Each entry links to the game's official store page.
2. What a bid buys
A bid buys exactly one thing: the addition of its amount to a game's leaderboard total, applied immediately after payment. It does not buy clicks, downloads, revenue, store placement, or any endorsement. Rankings on bidgames.lol are independent of and unrelated to the App Store's or Google Play's own charts. We do not guarantee any level of traffic to the board or to your store page.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as merchant of record. By placing a bid you also agree to Paddle's checkout terms. Bids are one-time payments in USD, minimum $2. All bids are final — see the refund policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to promote content that is unlawful, or bid on behalf of a game whose store listing you misrepresent. You may not attempt to disrupt the Service, manipulate it other than by bidding, or use it for money laundering or any other illegal purpose. We may remove a listing or refuse service where we reasonably believe these terms are being violated; amounts already bid are not refunded in that case unless the removal was our error.
5. Listings and metadata
Game names, icons, ratings, and other metadata shown on the board are fetched from the public App Store and Google Play listings and belong to their respective owners. If you own a game listed here and want it removed from the board, contact us.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for downtime, data loss, or changes in ranking caused by other users' bids.
7. Changes
We may update the Service and these terms; the current version is always at bidgames.lol/terms. Material changes apply to bids placed after they take effect.
