Privacy Policy

bidgames.lol is built to work with as little personal data as possible. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Email (optional). If you enter an email with your bid, we store it with the bid and pass it to our payment provider so you get a receipt. That's its only use — no marketing.
- Bid records. The game, amount, time, and payment status of each bid — needed to run the leaderboard.
- Click counts. When someone clicks through to a game's store page we count the click with a timestamp. We do not record who clicked.
- Server logs. Standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, request time) kept briefly for security and debugging.
Payments
Checkout is handled entirely by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Card numbers and billing details go directly to Paddle and never touch our servers. Paddle's processing of your data is described in the Paddle privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
The site itself sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Paddle's checkout may use cookies strictly needed for payment and fraud prevention.
Sharing and retention
We never sell personal data. It is shared only with Paddle (to process payments) and our hosting provider (to run the site). Bid records are kept for as long as the leaderboard exists and as required for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You can ask us to show or delete the personal data we hold about you (deleting a paid bid's amount from the public total is not possible, but the email attached to it can be removed). Email dolinvasily@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
