Refund Policy
Effective date: August 23, 2026
All bids are final. A bid is applied to the leaderboard the moment payment completes — the thing you paid for is delivered instantly and can't be returned, so bids are not refundable and there are no cancellations, in line with the "no refunds" notice shown next to the bid form and at checkout.
Exceptions
- Our error. If a technical fault on our side charged you without applying your bid (or charged you twice), contact us and we'll refund the affected payment in full.
- Where the law requires it. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law in your country makes non-waivable.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record, so refund requests can go either to paddle.net (the address on your receipt) or to us at dolinvasily@gmail.com — include the receipt or transaction ID.
